On each campus, the nurse is responsible for checking the required immunizations, performing the state required health screenings, and keeping the lines of communication open with the students' parents when needed.
All students must have Tdap and Meningitis Vaccination to begin 7th grade. Please submit proof of vaccination to the school nurse before the first day of 7th grade.
